ThankYou Points offer flexibility and convenience. You can redeem points for different types of rewards, including gift cards, cash and travel. If you have multiple eligible credit cards, you can earn and use Points all in one place.

You can use ThankYou Points to book hotels, flights, car rentals, and attractions with Citi Travel® via cititravel.com or 1-833-737-1288 (TTY: 711).
ThankYou members with an eligible Citi credit card can Shop with Points at participating retailers. You may need to link your ThankYou Account and participating retailer’s account. Depending on the participating retailer, you can use Points to cover the entire purchase or part of the purchase. For some participating retailers, you will receive a statement credit when you use Points to cover all or part of your purchase.
ThankYou Points may expire depending on your Citi credit card. You can see the expiration status of your ThankYou Points by logging into thankyou.com and looking under “My Points Summary” in the “My Account” section. ThankYou Points are subject to expiration as disclosed in the Citi ThankYou Rewards Terms and Conditions on thankyou.com.
You'll automatically be enrolled in Shop with Points when you add your eligible Citi credit card to your Amazon account. You can then use your ThankYou Points for eligible purchases when paying with your Citi card.
You can redeem ThankYou Points for a statement credit, direct deposit or check by mail.
